Return and Exchange Procedure
If you wish to return an item, please go to our Returns Page and fill out our return questionnaire. Info-Tek Computers will then issue a return authorization number (RMA number). Info-Tek Computers can only accept returns with RMA numbers. Do not ship us return merchandise without an RMA number.
